Iron Development Group pursues domestic and international equity investments for its own account through a disciplined, fundamentals-driven process. Our CFP, CPA, and MBA network of professionals confers regularly to evaluate prospective public-market investments.

We seek opportunities only when, in our judgment, a company's equity is trading materially below its intrinsic value — as determined through rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis. Such target businesses must also demonstrate extremely strong financial strength via conservative capital structures, low and well-laddered debt profiles, and sound interest-coverage metrics.

We are patient and willing to search globally for equity opportunities in democratic jurisdictions where price-to-value dynamics are decisively in our favor. Our investments have included British, Norwegian, Asian, Canadian, and U.S. equities. Land & Infrastructure Development
Affiliated entities acquire large tracts of forested and undeveloped land across greater New York and New Jersey. We navigate complex municipal, county, and state approval processes — systematically creating value at each stage of entitlement and zoning advancement. Upon securing final approvals, we often install full public infrastructure including water and sewer mains, electric and fiber networks, natural gas, stormwater drainage, curbing, sidewalks, street lighting, and asphalt paving.
Income producing real estate
Long-Term Income Producing Real Estate
We acquire high-quality, income-producing real estate for long-term ownership — only where we can identify clear, value-accretive opportunities including physical renovations, zoning enhancements, and strategies that unlock constrained asset value. Each project's capital structure is intentionally conservative — an approach more commonly associated with AAA-rated Asian real estate conglomerates than traditional U.S. real estate companies.
Alternative asset investment
Alternative Asset Acquisition
We selectively pursue alternative investments including: defaulted or distressed real estate notes and mortgages; properties encumbered by environmental, regulatory, or litigation complexity; direct purchases of third-party litigation interests; and oil extraction assets, leases, and operating facilities on the U.S. West Coast. Each investment is assessed for downside protection, structural advantage, and asymmetrical return potential.
